A Southern American Staple Perfect for Thanksgiving
Quick question - can you use masa harina to make this or is it too fine?
So you can make cornbread with masa harina but the ratios need to be changed. I've tried it a few times but never got the ratios perfect. I actually think a combination of cornmeal + masa harina would work better.

Thanks Miles. Its just decent (heirloom) cornmeal is hard to come by in UK. I agree with you when you say the ingredients make all the difference.
