Love this - for your sauces, what blender do you recommend for your minimalist kitchen. I was using a nutrabullet but it recently broke on me... so looking to update with something more reliable and long lasting, but smaller in case I have to move with it.
Good question. Unfortunately I don't have a great answer for you. I've been using a fairly cheap blender I got on Amazon a while back that's held up fine. I do generally like Nutrabullets though...they seem to perform well and don't take up a ton of space. Might be worth getting a new one unless you feel like it broke on you because of some defect!
Another option could be looking into an immersion blender!
