Myles - We tried this recipe last weekend (using white onions) and it was outstanding! So easy to make, and it elevated the flavor of our meal to another level. Everyone agreed that it should be a staple for every steak meal.

You could definitely do red onions here as well. I just prefer yellow because they’re a bit sweeter.
