Yes to all the above except…a shout-out should have been made to the Fellow ELECTRIC gooseneck!!! Not only to you get the precise temp (if you’re wanting to go full nerd, which if someone is inspired by this post, they are!) but it is so fantastic for green teas and specialty teas that are best brewed at specific temperatures. Also, the stovetop gooseneck kettles (including the non electric Fellow) I highly discourage unless you want to keep a constant eye on the dial! As the saying goes, a watch pot never boils! ;)
I only know one -- Island Vintage Coffee. It was gifted to me. I do remember thinking to myself on first sip, "Wow!". Was hoping to get some recs from you. : )
This is awesome Myles, thank you. I love my morning coffee ritual, but there’s a lot in here I could do to level it up. Thanks!

Hi Myles,
Have you tried Kona coffee beans, and, if so, what did you think of them?
Many years ago! But I remember really liking them. Any brand you recommend ?

For the more harried among us, the Clever brewer is a very forgiving (and affordable!) alternative to the Chemex
I've seen those around but have never used one. They look cool!
