Myles - thanks for sharing. Other than the books, do you have any recommendations on tools for someone new to sourdough baking?
I am by no means a sourdough expert, but I have heard great things about this Challenger bread pan. And they have a bunch of other tools on their site-- proofing baskets, bench scrapers, etc. All of that would be good to get!
