Myles, do you have a suggestion for an angles wooden spatula? We had one - great for eggs and veggie sauteing. For the life of me, I don't know what happened to it. Thanks for a helpful gif guide!
that gestura looks really really nice. been on the market for a nice spoon for myself so I can stop using these shitty IKEA ones (but I guess they've done fine lol).
This looks pretty interesting! I haven't heard of this before or this supposedly new non-stick technology. At first I was skeptical, because a lot of brands will claim they're free of "forever" chemicals, but still have chemical coatings. This appears to be uncoated, which is a good sign. I can't figure out what exactly the material is though!

Yes! Made In and Material Kitchen both make good ones!

Thanks Myles. Always enjoy your content and your influence is all over my kitchen setup and pantry!
Thanks Douglas! Much appreciated!

The Gestura ones are great. And so are the Gray Kunz spoons.
Mercer plating spoons are even cheaper and equally functional. But I love the aesthetics of the Gestura.
Great list! Do you have any thoughts on this seemingly new non-stick (no coating) pan from OurHouse? Molded titanium interior. https://fromourplace.com/products/titanium-always-pan-pro?variant=44381106045122
